Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
